Processing Time
Each Baby Emi order is customized to your specifications. Please allow 1 week before shipping when ordering from the Jingle Bells Collection and allow 1 to 3 weeks for items ordered from our Precious Metals Collection. We operate everyday Monday - Friday (excluding holidays). You will receive a notice via email once your order has been received and when it will be sent or if there has been a delay.
Shipping Info
We are now offering free shipping using USPS First Class Mail when your order is over 100.00 for US only. USPS First Class Mail typically takes 4 - 9 business days for delivery. For quicker delivery time we use USPS Priority Mail which includes delivery confirmation and typically takes 2 - 4 business days for $7.00. Please plan accordingly on orders that are for gift giving or special occasions.
Rush My Order
We can rush your order for an additional surcharge of 20% of your product order amount (not including shipping). This will place your order above queue and will be handled as quickly as possible. Typically, we turn rush orders around in 2 to 3 days. We recommend choosing priority shipping when rushing your order to ensure timely delivery. Please contact us prior to ordering if you need a specific date the jewelry will be sent out using our contact form here.
International Orders
For Canadian customers, we are happy to ship your order via basic USPS Letter Post mail for $11.00 USD and USPS Global Priority Mail for $20.00.

TERMS OF SALE
#1.) Prices: All prices are subject to change without notice.
#2.) Currency: All prices listed are in US Dollars.
#3.) Payment: All forms of payment are payable in US Dollars. All orders are subject to credit card approval.
#4.) Inventory: Subject to availability.
#5.) Shipping: Most products ship from various warehouses, and the freight costs are prepaid and added to the order as a shipping and handling charge. - Items in stock shipped within 2 to 5 business days. All out of stock items will be shipped based on our response quotation within 48 hours, which normally would ship in 2 to 4 weeks. We normally ship ground UPS, but reserve the right to ship small orders, (generally 1-6 lbs.), via USPS Priority Mail. All shipments must be sent to street addresses, not P.O. Boxes.
#6.) Cancellations: Subject to Baxters Baby Boutique LLC acceptance and terms, this will indemnify Baxters Baby Boutique LLC against any loss.
#7.) Damage Claims: Please inspect all shipments promptly and make any damage claims to baxtersbabyboutique.com for any UPS shipments. baxtersbabyboutique.com will assist in the process of collections.
#8.) Shortages: Claims for shortages or errors must be made in writing within 10 days from date of purchase.
#9.) Returns: Our company prides its self on quality, value and service. Within 30 days we will guarantee every item to your satisfaction. If not completely satisfied you may return it for a full refund if in new, unused condition. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable except for manufacturer defects. Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer. If a manufacturer defect is detected the package must be shipped pre-paid and enclose a check or money order for $10.95 for a replacement of the item that was purchased. We suggest you obtain a tracking number for your return shipment. All returns must be received by baxtersbabyboutique within 14 days of RMA No. issued.
#10.) Returning a Purchase: Returns must be approved and assigned a return of merchandise authorization number (RMA) by emailing us at returns@baxtersbabyboutiquecom, or phone 206-769-0224. All unauthorized return shipments will be refused. Your refund will be issued upon receipt and inspection of the product in our warehouse.
